OUR MISSION
We empower young women from diverse communities across Los Angeles through intensive rowing activities and community building. Our goal is to encourage them to become student-athletes, confident in making wise choices, and pursuing excellence in all dimensions of their lives.
Our program is designed to provide a safe and supportive environment where young women can develop their rowing skills, build lasting friendships, and receive college counseling to help them achieve their academic goals.
